GynnNetic Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides VTube AR FaceSync, an Android application designed to provide facial tracking for VTubers.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use VTube AR FaceSync.
VTube AR FaceSync uses your device’s camera to perform real-time facial expression and head movement tracking.
Camera access is used to analyze facial movement and generate tracking information, including facial blendshape and head rotation data.
VTube AR FaceSync does not intentionally upload or store camera images or video on GynnNetic Labs servers.
VTube AR FaceSync can transmit facial tracking and head movement data to a computer selected by the user for use with compatible VTuber software.
This may occur over a local network, Wi-Fi connection, or USB tethering connection.
The destination computer and connection settings are controlled by the user.
The free version of VTube AR FaceSync uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or process certain information, which can include device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and other information used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.
Google’s handling of this information is governed by Google’s applicable privacy policies.
Users who purchase VTube AR FaceSync Pro can use the app without advertisements.
VTube AR FaceSync uses Google Play Billing to process the optional VTube AR FaceSync Pro purchase.
Purchases and payment processing are handled by Google Play. GynnNetic Labs does not directly receive or store your payment card information.
VTube AR FaceSync may store application preferences and settings locally on your device.
GynnNetic Labs does not operate an account system for VTube AR FaceSync and does not require users to create a GynnNetic Labs account to use the application.
VTube AR FaceSync uses services provided by Google, including:
These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
VTube AR FaceSync is a utility intended for VTubers and is not designed or directed specifically toward children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a GynnNetic Labs account or server.
We take reasonable measures in the design of VTube AR FaceSync to limit unnecessary collection and transmission of information.
Users are responsible for selecting and securing the computer and network to which they send facial tracking data.
